Pismo has opened the doors to its new regional office in India, located in Bangalore, the country’s technology capital.

This is a significant milestone for the company as we expand our presence in the world’s second-most populous country.

Pismo launched its regional operations in Asia in April this year with the opening of an office in Singapore and the announcement of a strategic partnership with OneConnect, the leading technology-as-a-service (TaaS) provider and an associate of Ping An Group.

India is a thriving market for fintech technology, with a rapidly growing economy and a large and sophisticated consumer base. Our new office will allow us to serve new and existing customers in the region better and to explore new growth opportunities.

Our team in India is made up of experienced professionals passionate about our mission of providing cutting-edge technology to the financial industry. Pismo recently won Startup of the Year at the 2022 India Fintech Forum Awards.

Pismo is excited to increase its participation in the vibrant Indian fintech community, and we look forward to building strong partnerships and delivering innovative solutions to our customers.

“Asia, specifically India, is a forerunner when it comes to fintech innovation,” says Vishal Dalal, Pismo CEO for North America, EMEA, and APAC. “It was always part of our expansion strategy, and we are pleased to reaffirm our commitment to the region with a new office.”

Varun Dudeja, Pismo Head of Business Development for Asia, adds: “We are here to support financial institutions and fintechs in India that are looking to modernise their infrastructure to keep up with the rapid changes that the market is witnessing.”
